Description:Dunia Dini means Dini’s World. It’s my fifth novel published by PT Elex Media Komputindo, Jakarta, on June 2007. The main protagonist in the novel is Dini, a new reporter on Tinta Magazine. Tinta (which in Bahasa Indonesia means ink) is the official school magazine in her school, SMA Negeri 25 Semarang, or State High School Number 25 in Semarang City (SMA is an abbreviation of Sekolah Menengah Atas, which means Senior High School).Her first assignment as a reporter is to interview Mr Sasongko, the former principal of SMA 25. She was assisted by her best friend, Maya, who is very skillful in computer and photography. They then joined by Anita, the arts & literature editor of teens tabloid Abege, who also will interview Mr Sasongko.But the interview never materialized since Mr Sasongko disappear mysteriously from his house. There are no one inside the house when they arrived. Anita even found the front door key still intact in the keyhole, which led to many confusing speculations about Mr Sasongko’s whereabout.The situation then becoming more and more suspicious after they heard from Mr Sasongko’s neighbour that he will be on trial soon due to a corruption charge from his reign as SMA 25’s principal. Eager to figure out what was actually happen, Dini, Maya, and Anita start an investigative reporting to find Mr Sasongko and what made him run away.Their intensive search resulted in a lot of shocking outcomes.
