One of eighty-seven new people to join the MV Doulos, in the Philippines. The Ride began as the Doulos left Manila, the Philippines a few days ago en route for Batangas, about eleven hours sailing time. We are still on the island of Luzon, where the people are very friendly. Although this town is "off the beaten path" for tourists, the people seem to really appreciate us being around. We had a team of forty go out today to help plant one hundred and twenty-five trees. We even made it on the local TV station, so this afternoon many people are coming to visit the ship. I have been pleasantly and happily busy giving tours to people who want to see the inside of the ship.
