One hundred and ninety-one employees enrolled in job-related training courses, and 11 of them attended classes at the University of the District of Columbia as participants in the Upward Mobility Program. The Division's Equal Employment Opportunity (eeo) program continued its efforts to promote equal employment for all employees-without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or mental or physical handicap.
