At Atlanta, at the Isles Of Shoals, at other vacation resorts, in conversation, this is the association he prophesied would, in time, represent the surgery of this country. For me to review historically all that has been accomplished, and of which I have been personally cognizant, would indeed be bringing coals to Newcastle.
